This simple Egg and avocado salad I made for breakfast was a go for me. This Salad is so easy to make, that part I loved. Living a healthy Lifestyle needn’t be difficult but rather enjoyable.

How to make Egg and Avocado Salad
This simple Egg and Avocado Salad is so easy to make and so delicious, you’ll definitely wish you could have more.
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Prep time: 10 min( could take longer pending on the quantity you are making, this is for one serving)
Method of Preparation
Chop your hard boiled Eggs, Set aside.
Cut your ½ avocado into cubes, Set aside.
Wash your kale with little salt, cut into tiny bits, Set aside
Mix your egg, avocado, and kale in a bowl add your light mayonnaise or any healthy Salad dressing of your choice (I used heavy mayo because I didn’t have the light mayo when I made this).
There you have it, your Egg and Avocado Salad with kale ready to eat.
